Verlo Mattress® Celebrates Grand Opening of San Antonio Store with a Mattress Giveaway

Verlo Mattress today announced that it is celebrating the grand opening of its San Antonio factory store located at 17700 San Pedro Avenue on Saturday, August 3. Starting at 1:00 p.m., the first 50 guests will receive a free Verlo Slumber Bundle giveaway.* Verlo will also surprise one lucky guest with a complete SHEEX® Sleep System and another lucky guest with a free queen-size mattress.** 

From 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., guests are invited to enjoy a live mattress making demonstration, fun games and free giveaways from the Verlo prize wheel, as well as a special appearance from the Verlo mascot Mattie.  

At 2:00 p.m., Verlo Mattress franchisees Mike and Korina Domgard, accompanied by the San Antonio community, will host the store’s official ribbon cutting. Following, Verlo Mattress of San Antonio will present the following donations to two local organizations:  

• Two twin mattresses will be donated to Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP), San Antonio chapter, a non-profit organization dedicated to building beds for children in need. Additionally, for every 10 mattresses sold during the month of August at Verlo Mattress of San Antonio, one twin mattress will be donated to SHP. 

• Two twin mattresses will be donated to Mario’s Dayhab Without Walls. 

Verlo Mattress’ store concept is highly unique – every mattress purchased is made right on-site in the San Antonio factory store. Each mattress is tailored to the individual customer to fit their own sleep needs, and sold at a factory-direct price, cutting out the middleman-associated markup.  

Offering high-quality and hand-made custom mattresses, pillows, adjustable bases and other sleep products, the store is open Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Sunday 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.
