Celebrate the Completion of Lower Broadway with a Grand Opening Ceremony and Block Party
The City of San Antonio, along with its many partners, are proud to announce the grand opening of Lower Broadway. To commemorate this much-anticipated milestone, an official celebration and press conference will be held on Saturday, October 26th, followed by a River North Neighborhood Block Party.
The River North Block Party will pay tribute to the revitalization of this key corridor and the vibrant, newly established River North District complete with bikes, brews and bites. The free and open-to-the-public event will offer something for everyone, with live music, a kids’ zone, local vendors, games, face painting, balloon artists, and much more. It’s an opportunity for the community to gather, explore the district, and support the many local businesses that now call River North home.

Dynamic routes allow customers to request a ride from anywhere in the operational area via the eCab mobile app or by calling 210-802-6610. This service is available at the following times.
Monday - Thursday
- 8:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Friday
- 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
fixed route
Fixed routes follow a standard path around UTSA’s downtown campuses. Service on fixed routes is available during high-demand times to assist riders with getting to where they need to be more quickly and easily.

- 7:30 a.m.-8:30 a.m.
- 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
- 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
- 9:00 p.m.-10:30 p.m
Friday
