Trish– aka Captain Marvel – believes that superheroes come in all shapes and sizes. With her intellect and a passion for making a difference, there is no doubt that Trish is built for speed and performance to find solutions to problems most find too vexing to conquer. In fact, a Lamborghini has nothing on this force of nature.

A native San Antonian with a degree from Trinity University, Trish has a deep and abiding love for the Alamo City. She has led successful campaign initiatives for 25 years that have literally changed the landscape and face of the community.

Though Trish doesn’t have the ability to see the future like Captain Marvel, she has been called a visionary and wants to bring big ideas to bear regarding the future of downtown.

Before Trish became President/CEO of Centro San Antonio, she founded two full-service marketing and communications firms that she led for 20 years – both of which were headquartered in downtown. She was also an active member of Centro during that time serving as board chair twice and providing leadership as the entity transformed from The Downtown Alliance to Centro San Antonio.

When Trish isn’t blazing trails throughout the urban core, she is honing her superpowers of strength and agility on a bike at a spin studio – on pace for a remarkable 1,200 rides. We told you she was built for record-setting speed! She’s also a supermom to her two kids Scott and Maddie who provide the fuel to her sparkle and non-stop energy.

Priscilla or “P.Lo” as her teammates affectionately call her, has 20 years of corporate administrative experience. Priscilla attended The University of San Antonio with a focus on Business Administration. In her role as office “fixer,” she handles everything from communications and relationship management to IT sleuthing. On weekends you can find her enjoying a Truly poolside. She lives the vegan lifestyle and is a proud member of the Peleton community.

Daniel Sakin, a Texas CPA, brings a decade of accounting experience to his role as Finance Director Centro San Antonio, including four years in the non-profit industry. At Centro, Daniel oversees financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and compliance requirements, ensuring the organization’s financial health and stability. When he’s not crunching numbers, this San Antonio foodie can be found exploring the city’s diverse culinary scene, hiking the great outdoors, or catching the latest blockbuster with family and friends.

Andi is a long-time urban champion and leads Centro ‘people projects’ which tell our stories and bring us joy, such as Centro’s Art Everywhere and Zona Cultural. Serving on the Leadership Council of Urban Land Institute, she is a former city Planning Commissioner, Founding Chair of the Hemisfair Conservancy, Co-founder of Power of Preservation/PROM, former Chair of the Mayor’s Commission on the Status of Women and immediate past Chair of Leadership San Antonio. Andi considers herself a servant leader; she has an MS in Architecture/Urban Planning, and enjoys advocating for the unifying power of art, history, and public space.

Jacque is a longtime downtowner with a deep passion for community service. She leads Centro’s sustainability, homelessness, and public safety initiatives, manages grants, and guides community engagement that shapes the team’s priorities—working to make downtown more welcoming, inclusive, and vibrant.
She directs Centro’s Trees Everywhere Project, in partnership with the City of San Antonio, focused on expanding the urban tree canopy, enhancing walkability, and promoting environmental sustainability in the urban core. In addition, she works closely with City partners to lead revitalization and placemaking efforts in key downtown areas, aimed at improving economic vitality. Jacque is also an active member of the Alliance to House Everyone and collaborates with partners across the homelessness continuum of care, as well as the San Antonio Police Department, Center for Healthcare Services, STRAC, and San Antonio Fire Department to ensure that all downtown residents, workers, and visitors feel safe and supported.
With experience spanning nonprofit leadership, local government, and media, Jacque brings a multidisciplinary approach to her work, grounded in a commitment to building sustainable, equitable, and diverse communities. She has led efforts supporting asylum seekers, served as Communications Director for City Council District 5, and worked in public affairs for Clear Channel Outdoor San Antonio.
Jacque is an alum of the Hispanic Chamber’s Alexander Briseño Leadership Program and the City of San Antonio’s Revitalize SA Corridor Leadership Program. She studied Communications at UTSA and Spanish at UNAM San Antonio.

Born and raised in San Antonio, Chris has maintained a passion for all things communication, with a heavy interest in films, music videos, and marketing methods. A graduate from the School of Visual Arts in New York City, Chris earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts that furthered his skillset in the methods and techniques of visual storytelling. This foundation paved the way for a rich tenure with The University of Texas at San Antonio, where Chris contributed significantly for over a decade within a mix of communications and marketing initiatives. He further developed his love for the craft, expanding his knowledge with a focus on strategic messaging and cultivating practices by pursuing his Master of Arts in Communication. As the Director of Communications and Marketing Director, Chris aims to bring a new perspective in creating a greater impact by increasing Centro’s presence across Downtown San Antonio.

Cordero brings over 20 years of experience in membership development, brand strategy, and community engagement—all rooted right here in Downtown San Antonio, where he’s lived and worked for nearly two decades. He has led successful growth and retention initiatives across multiple industries, creating tiered engagement programs, developing sponsorship packages, and building long-lasting partnerships through both creative strategy and genuine connection.

Born and raised in San Antonio, Connie brings a curious, data-driven approach to understanding and supporting the city’s growth. As Senior Data and Strategy Analyst at Centro San Antonio, she helps turn complex information into clear insights that guide downtown initiatives and big-picture planning.

She’s especially interested in how development and infrastructure shape the places people live, work, and gather. Outside of work, Connie enjoys spending time with her family, getting into college football season, and hunting for unique finds at thrift stores and estate sales.

Janie is a native of Corpus Christi, TX and has made San Antonio her home since 2012. Her 15+ years’ experience allows her to serve a broad range of functions that allow the organization to operate efficiently, including, accounts receivable/payable, record management, information technology, office management, and assisting with human resources. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family, visiting local art museums, and enjoying a German beer in Southtown.
