Peacock Alley

An urban oasis

Peacock Alley is a privately owned alley temporarily managed by Centro San Antonio, the nonprofit with a mission to make Downtown more welcoming, beautiful, playful and prosperous. 

This past summer we hosted a series of community events including movie nights, performances and markets leading to a total of 36 activations, 60 vendors, 24 performances, and over 8,000 attendees.

SUBMIT YOUR IDEAS

Centro is inviting the community to share their ideas and interest in activating, vending or performing in the alley this Spring with a goal of curating new, dynamic, and inclusive activities that inspire locals and support small business. Centro will award mini grants, up to $2,999.00 to offset event/production costs to make these ideas a reality from March 1st thru April 30, 2022. Utilizing the submission form below, please provide details on how you want to utilize the space. Additional resources including dimensions and layout are below.

SUBMISSION PROCESS

Please use the form below to submit your proposal. The deadline for submissions is Friday, January 28, 2022. Awarded participants will be informed on Monday, February 7, 2022 and a press conference is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, February 10, 2022.
